Mindset and learning is some of the most important aspects of anyone learning a sport, or a new skill.
Sometimes when we’re training we focus on the end game and that is, rolling and finding the submission. But training gives up an opportunity to discover our weaknesses and work on them because working on our weaknesses during a competition is only going to have one outcome.
These are the concepts that I have personally used to become the current three titleholder in Polaris and how I have managed to become successful in a gym that doesn’t feature multiple world champions.
